This plan is tailored to the meet the athlete's individual nutritional demands needed to support their training load in order to support increasing training intensities and promote better recovery.
Endurance athletes tend to incorporate too many processed foods and sugar into their diet, particularly when training long hours. The leading misconception is that long/hard training allows for more than the occasional treat / processed food without consequence to performance however in truth, recovery is hindered considerably when athletes do not eat a nutritionally balanced meal following workouts.
This plan will provide the athlete with information about their body, what sound nutrition looks like and together with our health coach, incorporate the training plan and a solid nutrition program that is sustainable, fuels workouts and promotes recovery.
The program includes 2 one hour sessions per month with unlimited access to your health coach by phone or email.

General Health and Wellness Plan
This plan is for someone who struggles with what to eat in order to lose / gain weight, healthily. We work with clients with various dietary lifestyles such as gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian based diets.
The program is 6 months composed of 2 one hour sessions per month with unlimited email access to your Health Coach.

Raw Vegan Plan
If you are looking to boost your energy levels, stave off illness and live a more compassionate lifestyle, pursuing a raw vegan lifestyle may be for you.
Our Health Coach, Roberto Florencia, is a raw vegan endurance athlete and will show you how to transform your life from low energy, fatigue and illness into a person with an abundance of energy and vitality.

Juice Cleanse Plan
We will provide you with the recipes and instructions for each day of your cleanse. Options: 3 days, and 7 days.
$25 x 7 or $15 x 3 days
